Thruster/Double-Under

Five rounds for time of:
75 pound Thrusters 21 reps
21 Double-unders (or 63 singles)

Finally got double-unders, but found after 21, 45# thrusters, they werent so easy! I did incorporate double unders each round...10 singles, 1 double under...didnt keep too good track of the jump rope....who knows how many singles/double unders I did!
