This workout sucked, but I pushed through....seems I'm a bit slower than most of the ladies.
I used the medium box with 11 lb. bumper plate...sucked! Once i got over the mental portion of me face planting into the floor, i found that the extra weight actually helped my balance.

At least you did it....I feel like such a slob...well tonight doesn't look like much fun either. Oh well...I guess I willhave to get four little bear done on Sat! See you lata!
