For some reason my body is hurting so bad this week...guess I have worked muscles that have been missing the torture for a few weeks. My arms were so weak on this exercise and nearly dropped the bar on my head...some how it ended up behind my head on my shoulders???? It gets frustrating, b/c my mind wants to do heavy, but my weak a** arms won't let me! weird...taking today off, hurting waaay to bad.
