CINDY

20 Min AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats


Pretty good workout; I know I was not motivated AT ALL, but with Jess being there, it made it a little better! I think I've finally got the kippings down to a tee!

12 rounds: 11 rounds knee push-ups, all kippings.
