3,3,3,3,3 Deadlifts

My back hurts so bad today :)

Accomplished: 109, 129, 139, 143, 148 (2 reps), back down to 143 last rep.

  1. Hey...so I did hate that workout but I was pretty excited today when I woke up and my obliques were sore! To my suprise, only my biceps are a little sore as far as upper body goes!!! Think I am going to go with "Karen" tonight!!
