This was a really great workout. I can see the improvements that I've made since our last weighted box jumps...I could only jump with the white plate (11lbs) and now Im up to 25 lbs! craziness :) I am finding out now that I have to overcome my mental state and just do the damn workout w/out giving it any thought!
