3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Squat Cleans
75, 85, 87, 77, last set: 82, 85, 85
This was very challenging and mental. Technique plays a HUGE factor in this, which threw me off for a couple of sets. All in all, good workout--just want to get stronger faster!
