WOD:
5,10,15,20,15,10,5 of:
Push Press and Pull Ups
If doing jumping pull-ups you must complete them 3:1.
Men use 95# and Women use 65# for the Push Press.
Used as prescribed weight and did 1 round of 5 kippings and 10 kippings, and then ripped my hand pretty good, so had to do the dern jumping pull-ups, which was torture in itself!
