Bear Complex

7 Sets of the following sequence:

power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
push press


5 rounds-Try to move up in weight each round-Rest between rounds as needed-Post loads and time to comments

I completed: 42/57/57/62/67; I am pretty confident that I couldve done 72 #s, but opted to do 57# twice! next time.....
