Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups
I completed 2 rounds with the first round all kippings, second jumping pull-ups (hands still arent getting immune to rips!)....65# push press and 24 in box jumps....my lower back is killing me for some reason.
